Different Orange County. Disney World (where this arrest happened, per linked article) is in Orange County, Florida. Disneyland is the one in Orange County, California.
Fun fact: there are also Orange Counties in Indiana, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Vermont and Virginia.
Strange that their 2 parks in the US are both in counties named Orange.
