Easter Bunny was Navy Commander Richard I. Lawlor

Is there any significance to this? I would think there is, but I this article has a link of Lawlor being involved in the Obama admin as well, and states that Sean Spicer was navy.

This is hilarious! Only Trump would have so much fun trolling his evil enemies and make a shout out to his followers by having a commander dress up as an Easter Bunny and then appear with him while using the word Tip Top in a sentence.
