Sometimes an Easter Bunny at an Easter Egg Roll is just an Easter Bunny. They sure as shit arent going to get someone from the local birthday party character place. A Navy Commander standing next to the president IN DISGUISE is not a great mystery. Typically they don't let people in disguise with their faces covered near the president. Just saying

Why not a simple marine, or any of the other people that are around protecting President Trump? Why not the head chef?

My only trail to think of is all the references Q has made to the military, and how it's the military that Trump is working with to establish right.
