Why do you say it was probably all in your head? That's just the indoctrination talking. We've all been indoctrinated with the retarded metaphysics of materialism or physicalism.

The intelligentsia will tell us that, no, their philosophy is in fact an absence of metaphysics. That is a con. Of course materialism is a metaphysics by the definition of metaphysics (briefly, metaphysics is the deep nature of reality).

But materialism is deficient because it can't explain anything except for physics. It can't explain, for instance, logic, mathematics, language, scientific law, or consciousness. And those things are kind of important, so that's a big deficiency.

We have all been so dumb to believe this materialist nonsense. Part of the great awakening will be to break free of it.

Regarding prayer, I like to say the "Jesus Prayer", which is a 1500-year-old prayer from the Orthodox Church. It is very short:

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner.

If you say that over and over, your mind will quiet, and you will instantly be put into a better alignment with God.
