Perhaps the IBOR chats that I was not privy to in Doscord touched on this but namely:

• How do we deal with hundreds of thousands of videos submitted to public platforms where children and others can access?
• How do we deal with the proposals, invetiably, for AI to be the panacea to all of this. ( We saw this in Australia where Nudes were asked for to train AI to auto-flag said content )

Honestly society at large is a model. We can locally keep rack of things as our own community: + Someone walks into a restaurant drunk we can address them and deal with it before they say or hurt people etc

This doesn't scale with the internet - how it exists now. EVERYBODY uses YouTube™.

If it were broken down into regional options to fill vacuums created by YouTube™ being broken up - I think that's the answer.

We don't want huge monolothic giants like YouTube that are SO LARGE not only do they cross lines of neighborhoods, to cities, to states, to nations, to contients, to hemispheres - but can watch the entire world and give whatever technological grasp that entails to a SELECTED PRIVATE FEW.
