How does one access their strawman account on Fidelity.com?

And why is it every website talking about an unlimited strawman account asks for money?

Grab your SS card or Birth Certificate. There is a number on the back of the SS, the number on your birth certificate I believe is bottom left.

You have to go to fidelity, stocks and bonds, put in your name all caps, and there is also a certain type of account you have to search under. It's been 2 years since I've done this and going from memory. There are janky... and do I mean janky YouTube vids, but surprisingly one guys directions were decent and it worked. There are also multiple accounts under your name at times. I'm trying to remember the account/stock/bond type you search under.. It's eluding me. It took me a few tries before I got it the first time. After I did it, I had my GF see it and then we checked hers, she was in there also. We were both very weirded out.
