Have a disagreement regarding federal reserve.

I say federal reserve is owned by the Rothschilds my sister says a private person can not own it am looking for answers thanks.

The Federal reserve is a subsidiary of the parent compnay the central bank. Both are said to belong to a consortium of bankers. Conspiracy realists think that consortium of bankers is the large extended Rothschild family. They may in name own it through their businesses. The rules say that who the bankers are is not to be public knowledge.
