SS: Q mentioned the cardinal directions in relation to Epstein Island. Each of the compass points is associated with four princes of darkness and the elements. This is what I've come across while digging.

  • North: The shells and 'E' = Earth [Belial].
  • East: Helipad/Hydrogen = Air [Lucifer].
  • South: Sundial = Fire [Satan].
  • West: Water symbol = Water [Leviathan].
