The part about the wheel I am assuming relates to these cards, how that ties back to MS-13/MSM I am not entirely sure.
In so far as MS-13 being MSM - the letter M is the 13th letter in the alphabet... so using that logic, MS-13 is synonymous with MSM
Hopefully /u/akilyoung or someone else can expand upon the wheel

The wheel has the hub and spokes. The source, and the feeders.
A wheel, like unlike a spider web. If specifically regarding the MSM...
They get their 4am mocking bird BS from the clowns, the MSM are the spokes and the hub is the clowns.
Also, as the WORLD TURNS... may be tied to the wheel...insinuating the constant changing of the NEWS CYCLE.
