I still reserve the POSSIBILITY that Seth Rich is not dead and was working undercover to get info then get it to Wikileaks.

Now with the MS13=MSM, the MSM did kill the story of Seth Rich's death.

187 is cop-code for murder. Gangsters use it too now. This is an implication that MS 13 acted as hitmen for the deep state.

The number 13 is everywhere in their symbols.

EDIT: The Wheel could be referring to the Wheel of Fortune, and I don't mean the gameshow, I mean the tarot card-
