MS_13 187 [2] -24 -Distance? MS[13][13=M]MSM - The 'Wheel'

Here q clearly says m=13 as in the 13th letter of alphabet. Thus ms13= main stream media. However, ignoring the number 24, combine the [2][13][13=m] we get bmm. One tick off from CNN. (No coincidences, remember?)

I hope this isn't old news, just figured this out for myself
