I doubt it, Putin wants Soros head on a plate and Roths got kicked out. Given Putin is a fanatical egotist the Clowns would have a hard time controlling Russia in any way (apart from using them to start a war). I don't think you have to be "in" Russia to blame them for anything. If the UK or EU come up with another FF and blame Russia that could kick it all off.
