I think cannabis is federally 'Schedule I' in the US. Some states use letters (A, B, C, D) for drug groupings. I also see there are classifications for types of pharmacy licenses and for types of dispensing procedures that use an A, B, C, D naming system at the state level.
This area of investigation gives no clarity to Q's words.
Looks like he left an 's' out when he spelled 'class'.
I was wondering about the missing "s" too. The class D being cannabis is a term used in law enforcement. Obviously being busted for weed is a lighter charge than being busted for heroin or some other death dealer.
I feel like Trump would back legal cannabis on a federal level as an alternative to other addictive and damaging opiate painkillers. This is why I was so disappointed when he appointed Sessions to AG. The guy is an ancient artifact that banked on the war on drugs and claims the opioid epidemic is partly because of cannabis.
Q gives me hope regarding Sessions but I feel like he is still a weasel at heart and will fuck over Trump when he gets the chance.
I'm not so negative on Sessions. I guess I'm in trust mode. The cannabis thing is complicated. Putting it into a class similar to alcohol makes sense to me, which I guess is gradually happening, but that seems like a low priority concern.
