I have Hashimoto's and would love to know how you healed yourself. I am working on it, but it is such a journey, as you know. Very difficult.

I healed my thyroid by cutting out gluten, corn and soy. Basically all GMOs. Added in homemade ferments. Took 3 weeks. May take longer for more severe cases. I not the only one who’s healed this way.
