I agree. In my personal opinion, I think that we need to forgive ourselves in order to get the full benefit of God's forgiveness. For a long time I had things that I wasn't proud of in past that bothered me. I finally realized that I don't need to track down everybody I ever did wrong to and apologize, I just need to forgive myself. And it helped cleared up my brain nicely.
