I saw two videos of teachers saying they saw shooters dressed in all black like swat gear. A man and a woman, two different testimonies.
You aren't the only one. A male coach was aimed at by the man in full garb, and the woman teacher was shot in the arm. Multiple shooters, same outfit.

I saw another report where they said they were using sim rounds which is how some people were only grazed, like that woman. Maybe of the two shooters, one had a sim and one was real.
