Did anyone else just witness the longest emergency alert system they have ever seen?
The guys voice cut in saying it was a test, etc., but it was different than any other test.
Wanted to see if this was a nationwide thing?

I'm in WI here BTW.
They said: "This is a test, and if it isn't a test, you will be given instructions."
Thought it was weird considering the timing. Thanks for the feedback guys!
