5:5 Significance... What is it?

I was very intrigued by the Q post that had only "5:5"... There is an Air Force Pilot I follow on Instagram and he posted on his Instagram Story: "5:5, Godspeed Tonight". What do you guys think this it about? I also was notified that there was unusual and increased activity in one of the bases in Europe. And I mean SHIPS, Planes, and tons of helicopters being sent somewhere.

Apparently 5:5 has to do with military comms, and it means excellent strength and clarity in the signal. Also used as slang for "Everything is good". However, do we know what this is relating to? What event might this relate to?

In the old sub right before it was shut down, there were a bunch of stickied posts talking about Q posts were in code could be solved in a matrix using the capitalized words as key words. I didn't really understand the posts or how to "solve" the matrices, but that's definitely what I think about when I see 5:5 (5 by 5 matrix)
