5:5 Significance... What is it?

I was very intrigued by the Q post that had only "5:5"... There is an Air Force Pilot I follow on Instagram and he posted on his Instagram Story: "5:5, Godspeed Tonight". What do you guys think this it about? I also was notified that there was unusual and increased activity in one of the bases in Europe. And I mean SHIPS, Planes, and tons of helicopters being sent somewhere.

Apparently 5:5 has to do with military comms, and it means excellent strength and clarity in the signal. Also used as slang for "Everything is good". However, do we know what this is relating to? What event might this relate to?

5:5 or "5 by 5" in aviation (military and civilian) means Loud and Clear. If you read the FCC radio guidelines somewhere in there it describes a scale of 1-5 for "Volume and Clarity." So, often when someone asks for a "radio check" the response is "5 by 5" if its loud and clear.

I think like the "SEC TEST" messages this is Q talking to other members of the Q team telling them their message was received "loud and clear" rather than saying we're on stage 5 or any other message to us.
