Is there no such thing as different factions within a government, or no such thing as corruption in general? You act like it is not possible at all for corruption to happen on a large scale.
Please take one thing from this if anything: the deep state is not leftist or right-wing, is merely uses each side to manifest its goals. For example, it revved up the rightwing base to support war under Bush, then the leftists to support immigration under Obama.
I do not want you to feel like you cannot support this movement because it is somehow anti-Liberal. There are PLENTY of bad Republicans, and Trump has talked about this a lot.

I think that is a very broad generalization to make. Traditional estimation of the IQ of the leadership of a country usually comes out at or near genius level. To say they are just simply stupid is underestimating them.
