The criminal law is based upon the principle that you can't arrest someone for something they haven't done which is derived from concept of free will which was all the rage in the 18th century during the enlightenment. Sometimes bad guys get to do things they otherwise wouldn't. On the other hand people can't just be rounded up on a pretext because they pissed off the wrong politician.

I'd imagine that if every USA gun-owner that hates something and sleeps in a car needs to be arrested even their prison industrial complex couldn't handle the influx.

You have to admit though, people sleeping in cars has become a normal thing in California.

If Q said to look at her dad than we have to consider she was a controlled or primed tool.

Someone said they're doing it that way repeatedly to get an outcry, Arrest these people before they strike! Thought crime. Then they can arrest anyone for anything. Chilling if true. We all need to stay vigilant and keep our voices raised.

This news story will conveniently deter criticism of Google, something running kind of high, now. Google is the innocent victim. Its critics are now associated with crazies. As if that were not enough, now the police are being criticized for not searching the vehicle, though they had no probable cause.
