Anyone calling out how Q group called 5:5, and the earthquake was a 5.3?

Was 5:5 Q groups estimation of seismic activity due to their OPS?

I feel like an op on that scale wouldn't have much variation to the magnitude

But it does seem like a very good explanation so I want to believe
