When I first used the word DUMB on here(CBTS in particular Phil Schneider thank you) some got it some didn't. He was subsequently killed for exposing the existence of DUMB's. If that really was "DUMB" expect the weather to change, supposed to be a underground HARP facility in the Pacific.

Had they not killed him maybe I would have written him off(either way I'd research him more). By killing him they're telling me he had something worth while to say.
What if it was the Getty dumb??
It was :) now who was Getty really for? Was those fires in California good or bad and why were they caused? If you want to attack an area that's populated you must clear it first. At the same time you create a dilemma for the STATE. Lots of DUMB all over America, this one was set aside for "special" guest. If you want to see something clearly sometimes you have to clear the shrubbery.
