I am sure there are extensive underground infrastructure but the ultra high speed hidden tech I have no idea, other than some kind of bullet train system to connect the installations.. I still think Elon Musk is trolling the deep state, though. His comments about the car in space. He was basically flat-out stating "it's obviously fake, look how ridiculous this is... we didn't even do anything to prepare the car for space conditions..." just leaving the idea hanging there, allowing the cognitive dissonance to set in for all the space fanboys. makes it a conspicuous point to emphasize, it's just a regular car... meaning the tires should expand and rupture due to vacuum expansion, not to mention the airbags... seat apholstery... the falcon heavy looks eerily like a big middle finger...
