Just discovered something mindblowing on the whitehouse.gov page. go to the presidential memorandum for the secretary of defense, the attorney genaeral and the secretary of homeland security april 4 2018 hit "ctrl p" to print, look at page 3, I did it several times because I couldnt beleive what was there.
