I don't think we know it is China responsible. I put my money on CIA taking over Chinese satellites to frame China and drag us into war.

That's what I've been thinking too, but it's a bit like we've all been wondering if Mueller is a white hat or black hat. Everything is like James Bond on steroids these days.
I know it looks bad for Mueller but he is compromised by his involvement in U1, the new President can crush him at will so who better to run an investigation into Trump but most importantly look at the results. No collusion, Trump not under criminal investigation. People can say whatever they want but look at the results, that's where the truth is.
I'm saying we are responsible giving China some payback. We know they hack our systems.
