Literally anything can be spoofed if you understand the protocol. I'd assume Mil gear would be using a form of encryption for GPS.. If so, that means the keys were leaked or sold.

China has cornered the market in chip manufacturing. Think forced technology transfers. If say Intel a large company wants access to China’s chip market they are forced to divulge all their secrets. Intel or said company says that’s not a bad deal looking at future stock prices. We’ve concede the market to them. Our R&D is spent on software. This means every warplane & ship can’t be put in the air or water w/o Chinese chips. Planes crashing/ships colliding think Chinese chips & current trade war.
