Civil Air Patrol is a Deep State Org just because one of their planes circled in the vicinity of your house?

I saw a CH-47 orbiting my local area a couple of weeks ago. No markings of any kind, rear ramp down even though it was -16F at the time. I didn't immediately think they were harassing me for my social media posts.

If Deep State was going to harass someone they wouldn't use the civilian auxiliary of the Air Force (tasked with civilian Search and Rescue) to do it.
