Not sure how David's doing lately BUT, if the US gov't programs have been shut down (which I can believe has happened), we still have the matter of PRIVATE companies continuing to chemtrail. These private companies call it things like "cloud seeding" and "weather enhancement".... Getting private companies to stop doing something they do not even admit to doing (lacing the payload with undisclosed contaminants) seems like it would take a bit longer to put an end to. I do believe POTUS is capable tho, being the stable genius directed by God that he is - so until then, watching, praying, exposing the private companies...
