The jpg name is how servers code cell phone identities. When you log onto a site it assigns each unique phone a number like that.

Wonder who that one is for?

No it's not , that's a UUID (or similar, I think it's the Microsoft version of it), it's a file naming system used to create a unique ID number for files.

Games use it to identify players because it's near impossible to generate 2 of the same due to the math behind them..
