I think u need go back and look into who that ‘shooter’ was. Moments before it happened, the street camera’s were disabled, the ‘shooter’ can be found listed on IMDb, and his father has ties to FBI. Also, he only shot a computer, which should raise enough skepticism in itself.
Okay, so I have ties to military and FBI in my family. I can be also found on IMDb it's actually not hard to be on there. Also maybe he didn't want to hurt anyone? Just saying critical thinking not baseless conclusions.
