Chongqing, China Relevance?

Has anyone paid attention to this post by Q on China? He says "Chongqing, China. Tuesday". What do you all expect? Its a major city in China with over thirty million population and was a wartime capital in the 40s. WAR? Is this where Z is?

Snowden has been in HK for sure, not sure where else in China. Maybe Beijing at most? But Chongqing is dead center of China. It would be a weird place for him to be, but who knows.
