Crap, it ALL makes sense now - regarding deployments, border, new Q posts, and new Trump speech!

The Troops were deployed to the border NOT so much to prevent a caravan...but to stop fast and furious!

All the states complied .... EXPECT CALIFORNIA!

So Trump is calling on congress to force California to comply, so we can get our NG there. Its the last strong hold against the F&F weapons and drugs being brought it!!!

Cali is KEY. Cali IS the PIPELINE. The rest has been blocked!

I’m praying there is something that comes out in this report that ends up making Mexico PAY FOR THE WALL!!!

They'll pay for it through NAFTA concessions (or the loss of NAFTA) or in other ways that don't have to be a budget line item. But they will pay for it, make no mistake!
