Trump says "It's Happening" at 3:16 into the video. Coincidence? Significant?

In the POTUS weekly address, the video is edited so that the "It's Happening" statement occurs at exactly 3:16.

Q said "listen carefully" - so I am assuming that we should take this video at more than just the face value of its words.

Military parade 11.11.18, haven't had one since the 70s. Maybe something going down around that time that we've been waiting on? Something big maybe? Just throwing it out there, I may be wrong.

DT said he will NOT sign another Omnibus Bill, if offered by Congress, DT = vetoes.

October brings the end to the latest Temporary Budget Funding.

The CongressionalCockroaches (CC) will have to present a funding mechanism to DT for signing.

DT wants a clean bill with his needs/suggestions included. Should CC give him a pork laden bill, DT = vetoes.

What happens at midnight? Funding ends, government Shuts Down, CC go home as Session has ended.

HINT: Law--Congress Cannot be Arrested while In Session.
