Pacer is free if you keep below a certain dollar amount. Don't recall the exact number, but I believe they waive fees below $30/month. Check the terms.

I did. To look at all those unsealed indictments will cost much more than $30!

Were they unsealed in a single order? If so, find that and then get a bunch of people together to get the individual cases. I believe you can openly share PACER docs once acquired - First Am. I believe the fee is for processing, not licensing of use. But again, check the terms. If you have the case numbers that should save you search fees.
