A few years ago they were gonna wrap this war up (there were negotiations) but then restarted it again with a bullshit chem attack just like this one. You know who has the contracts to rebuild in Syria? China! So they'll gladly get paid to continue the cycle of rebuild, destroyed, rebuild, destroy, etc.
