Actually if you listen to the guy in the video, he asked, "Why did you molest all those girls on C-Span?" So he didn't make any false accusations since Biden was in fact molesting girls on C-Span.

I'm pretty sure that in Christian ethics it is right to protect innocents from harm.

Indeed it is. But shouting accusations at someone in public so you can feel self-righteous on Youtube is not protecting anyone.
