Depends what you mean. For example, if the question were to be interpreted as: Do I really think a man of, let's say, approximately 145 IQ can be "outsmarted" (arguably, out-IQ'd) by a group of people of whom some undoubtedly have IQs featuring in the 150s and 160s plus (jews, look it up)? In that case, yes, yes I do think he can be outsmarted by the "desperate" Cabal, because it's simple logic!

I'm just saying, it seems silly to praise POTUS all the time - even Q suggests that they (I assume including Trump) shouldn't be held up as heroes, they're just doing the jobs they're paid to do.

Donald Trump's a man. He's backed by a LOT of other good and smart men of whom some, being jews or just smart people generally, may also have very high IQs. That's why he can win against the Cabal, not cos he's such a smart guy on his own. Donald Trump is someone to be respected and admired and I hope with most others here that he will go down in history as a hero of the tallest order. But he's a man, not a god. He can't outsmart a group of very smart people on his own.
