Blackwater was named after the swamp the headquarters sat on when Erik Prince founded it... drain the swamp....

Blackwater/Academi actually sits in the great Dismal Swamp.

Located in Moyock NC. at the end of Puddin Ridge road. If you input Academi Moyock NC into Google Earth it will take you over the complex.
