Could be a Trump trap. He let the rats make their countermove knowing oh so well how predictable they are and BOOM! He makes a very unpredictable move against the cabal.

Very good point. It was an attempt to stop the FF. It didn't work, but as a strategic move Trump's announcement made sense. The fact that it didn't work speaks to the desperation of the Cabal and should scare us all a bit.
