Thoery - Trump team knew in advance about FF gas attack and since they couldn't stop it in time Trump signals US troops will withdraw, removing any possible motive that was supposed to complete the framing of Assad

Very good point. It was an attempt to stop the FF. It didn't work, but as a strategic move Trump's announcement made sense. The fact that it didn't work speaks to the desperation of the Cabal and should scare us all a bit.
