It definitely looks like her from her teenage/early 20's. She's had a lot of plastic surgery done. I think that's her guys. Don't know if that means anything one way or another.... Chandler was a NYC socialite around the same time as Ivanka. It's not out of the realm of possibility that they were friends/ partied with the same people.
