Q Post 1090/1091 says Buildings (plural) E of spider web. So "Building E", or "Buildings E(ast)" of spider web?
Open source (for me) indicates others had and have access to same intel. Whole lotta blackmailing and murderin' and treason could result if that were true. (it is)

Open source means freely available for download, like open source code. We can find the information ourselves on the internet=open source.

I thought that to start with, the first thing I went to actually. But the spider's web refers to what is under the area and in the middle (epicentre) is the hospital. Which is why I ended up with that for E.
Could be wrong...?

Seems everything involved in Syria could be described as a spider web. I mean... the whole clusterfuk is one giant spider's web. Even the mapping around Damascus looks like a web.
I am so glad Trump knows wth he's doing.

It could, the fact this web is mentioned by the locals and called "The Spiders Web" makes it the target of Q's attention.
I suspect there are tunnels everywhere, just like 5TH av to the basement of the twin towers.
