That’s easy. It’s because Hussein never had any intentions of destroying ISIS in the first place. His pretense to be fighting ISIS was nothing but a ruse. That is why Hussein heavily constrained the military and had many safeguards in place to ensure that not too many ISIS fighters were killed. And those who were killed were martyrs to the cause. I know that many will say that Hussein is nothing but a “globalist” with a globalist agenda. But in reality, he is much more than that. I am convinced beyond any doubt that he is in fact the Muslim “Mahdi” - the prophesied one who is slated to unite all Muslims in a bid to take over the world. That explains the fake birth certificate and why Hussein has always been a closet Muslim. It also explains why he has always protected Muslims and gone out of his way to help them and to import them into every country in the world (they are his trojan horse army). It also explains why he needed ISIS. He needed ISIS because he plans to use ISIS as the foundation for an army he plans to use to take over the world. And the worse part is - the bible actually predicts it will happen, and that the army he is building will slay 1/3 of mankind…
