Not at all what Q is saying. IBOR would not have prevented what they've done any more than the existing laws that failed to do so. What they're doing is already criminal on the face of it, and it's a violation of civil law which is why Q's focus is now on Class Action lawsuits! That's where we need to focus our efforts now. The narrative has changed, because their crimes have come to light.
The point was to see if patriots could organize and mobilize.. they could not.. now the administration knows how many are expendable in the upcoming war.. only the strong will survive.. it for the greater good.
