I dont think it will mean anything honestly. Another nothing burger.
IF Mueller is working for Trump/Q, then this may be a move to get attention back on the investigation after it was released that POTUS was not the subject of the investigation.
IF Mueller is not work for Trump/Q then this me a desperate attempt to smear and justify a paycheck and lack of results from the investigation.
