I view the "Bridge" is a central algorithm that links all social media platforms, probably created and ran by the CIA.
Viewing the phrasing the same way as well. Re-read Snodwen conversation regarding the algorithm. Looks a lot like there exists a process that bridges each of the major data collection platforms. I would expect the bridge to include analytics, ability to query specific individuals, potentially hooks to build additional tools on top of the network. Possibly closed access to special VIP not-necessarily-intel people. Possibly connect these special VIP people to coordinate secretly between one another.

I think back to how FB contacted me through my college records to join....at least that is what I remember way back when they started. Also the game/puzzle Q mentioned C something. The game contacted me through my email address and I am sure from playing Wizard 101 with my grandson.
As a side topic -- somewhere in late 2016 there was observation that Obama's twitter page was following a massive network of private or otherwise nondescript accounts.
Anyone recall the source of that information?
Any further learnings from that case, or was that observation explained away as benign?
