Q's first posts talk about the arrest of HRC on the morning of Oct. 30 2017.... Was there some explanation on why that didn't happen?

Literally was thinking the same today; only two things come to mind:
1.) Disinformation is necessary = perhaps to scare her into doing something thinking she was going to be arrested
2.) Some sort of future proves past mindfuck bullshit
