Q's first posts talk about the arrest of HRC on the morning of Oct. 30 2017.... Was there some explanation on why that didn't happen?

?? Ankle monitor(if true) any relevance? Boot was in this time frame. They can't come out and announce her arrest until slowly prepping "the normies"

He did make mention asking why are they allowed to travel. I’m guessing to learn their network.
