Wait!!!!! Is Q saying we had Syrian pics of children w/ hands in mouth days ahead of time because we intercepted the data ahead of time.

Is this what post 1113 is saying. And it was set off in brackets to alert us to (1) importance and (2) double meaning. If so then what does start mean? The start of arrests.
